On October 6^th, UL Environment announced the release of a PCR for Building Thermal Insulation. This PCR was created by harmonizing with the existing Norwegian PCR for Insulation Materials and modified to meet North American market needs.

The PCR is publically available on UL Environment’s EPD website.

A new version of the Product Category Rule (PCR) Library is now available. The Library contains approximately 100 PCRs from a variety of Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) programs and emerging carbon footprint programs.
