NPCR 20 for “Precast Concrete Products” is currently for open consultation until 18 May 2012, by The Norwegian EPD Foundation.

Comments on the NPCR 20 shall be sent directly to Sverre Fossdal in the Verification Committee.

On October 6^th, UL Environment announced the release of a PCR for Building Thermal Insulation. This PCR was created by harmonizing with the existing Norwegian PCR for Insulation Materials and modified to meet North American market needs.

The PCR is publically available on UL Environment’s EPD website.

A new version of the Product Category Rule (PCR) Library is now available. The Library contains approximately 100 PCRs from a variety of Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) programs and emerging carbon footprint programs.
